摘要
空调配管振动是引起整机振动的主要原因之一。为了减小配管振动,需要合理设计配管结构,以避免因配管结构固有频率与激发频率接近而发生机械共振。空调配管内通有高温高压气体,对配管固有频率的影响不可忽略。文中利用ANSYS/Workbench计算了配管在流固耦合情况下的固有频率,并与空管固有频率进行对比,显示了二者的差异性,为空调配管前期设计提供了参考。
Air conditioner pipe vibration is one of the main reasons causing vibration of the complete machine. In order to re- duce the pipe vibration,it's necessary to design pipe structurer easonably, so it can avoid resonance resulted from adjaeence of pipe structure natural frequency and stimulating frequency. Air conditioner pipe is filled with high temperature and high pressure gas, influencing the natural frequency of the pipe. This paper calculated the natural frequency of the pipe with fluid solid coupling by ANSYS/Workbench, and comparing with natural frequency of empty tube, showed the difference. It provides reference for the design of air conditioner.
