摘要
李如奎教授辨治帕金森病提倡早期中医药干预,重视肝风瘀毒为患及顾护胃气;病久夹郁,常予疏肝理气。在临床基础上创制专方治疗,以提高疗效,改善患者生活质量,并开展了一系列基础研究。
This paper imroduces Professor Li＇ s experience in treating Parkinson＇ s disease. It is viewed that this disease should be interfered by Chinese medicine in early stage. The liver wind, stasis toxin and protection of stomach qi should be paid attention to in clinic. Special formula has been used to improve patients ＇ quality of life about which some experimental researches have been done.
