摘要
设计了一种单纵臂齿轮减速式轮边电驱动系统的结构,详细说明了其结构组件及装配关系,特点在于将电机布置于车架。其中,齿轮传动机构、箱体、单纵臂以及车架组成一个四杆机构,说明了该机构的运动原理,且该四杆机构使得电机与车轮间的中心距具有可变性,从而保证了所设计轮边驱动系统结构方案的可行性。最后使用ADAMS建模仿真,验证了所设计系统的优越性。该结构有效地减小了车辆的簧下质量,提高了车辆的行驶平顺性和车轮接地性。
The structure of electric wheel drive system with gear reducer for single trailing arm suspension is designed.The structural components and assembly relation is illustrated in detail.And the specialty is the motor for this system is placed on the frame.The mechanism of gear transmission and the gearbox,single-trailing arm and frame consist of a four-bar mechanism.The kinetic principle of this mechanism is explained.This four-bar mechanism make the center distance between motor and wheel is variable and ensure the feasibility of the designed structure for electric wheel drive system.At last,the model is established in ADAMS for simulation and prove the superiority of designed system.The proposed structure reduces the unsprung mass of vehicles effectively and improves the ride comfort and wheel ground adhesion for vehicle.
