摘要
目的分析痰热清注射液的不良反应特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法提取2008年1月至2014年2月重庆市上报的376例痰热清注射液药品不良反应报表,利用Excel表及人工筛查的方法,对报表类型、患者的年龄、性别及不良反应发生的时间、临床表现及转归进行统计学的回顾性分析。结果在376例痰热清注射液不良反应中,新的不良反应有139例（37.0%）,新的严重不良反应7例（1.9%）;男性207例（55.1%）,女性169例（44.9%）;60岁以上人群的不良反应157例（41.8%）,占的比例最大;18岁以下超剂量用药19例（20.4%）;110例（43.7%）不良反应在用药5~30 min内发生,主要的临床表现为皮疹、瘙痒、心悸、寒战等。结论痰热清注射液可能造成严重的不良反应,临床使用时,应按照说明书合理应用,并注意观察患者用药反应,及时发现、救治,保证用药安全。
AIM To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by Tanreqing injection and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS Totally 376 ADRs induced by Tanreqing injection in Chongqing from Jan.2008 to Feb.2014 were collected and retrospectively analyzed in report types,patient age and gender,occurence time,clinical manifestations,and the outcomes of ADRs by Excel and artificial screening.RESULTS Among 376 ADRs,there were 139 new ADRs（37.0%） and especially 7 new and serious ADRs; 207 male patients and 169 female patients were involed,accounting for55.1% and 44.9%,respectively.The proportion of the old（≥ 60 years） were largest（41.8%） and 20.4%（≤ 18 years） were overdosed.There was 110 ADRs（43.7%） happened within 5-30 min after drug given and the main clinical manifestations of ADRs were rash,itching,palpitation and rigors.CONCLUSION Tanreqinginjection may cause serious ADRs and should be used reasonably according to the drug instructions.Patients＇ reactions to the drug should be observed and treated timely to ensure drug safety.
