从溶剂极性参数探讨薄层色谱展开剂替代应用 被引量:1

摘要 根据薄层色谱展开剂选择原则,运用已有溶剂极性参数,探究展开系统替代应用。借助溶剂极性参数公式,利用毒性与污染较小的有机溶剂替代毒性与刺激性较大的有机溶剂,以山楂和香椿子为模型药物进行验证。在不低于已有分离效果基础上,以环己烷∶乙酸乙酯∶冰醋酸=3∶5∶0.5替代甲苯∶乙酸乙酯∶甲酸=20∶4∶0.5进行山楂TLC研究;以石油醚:乙酸乙酯=15∶1替代石油醚∶丙酮=18∶1、石油醚∶乙酸乙酯=8∶1替代石油醚∶丙酮=10∶1进行香椿子正丁醇萃取物TLC研究。利用综合极性计算公式,探究TLC展开剂替代应用,具有较好验证效果,可在TLC鉴别实验中推广使用。 According to the thin layer chromatography agent selection principle,has been using solvent polarity parameter, exploring alternative application deployment system. By means of calculation formula of comprehensive utilization of polarity,toxicity and less polluting alternative to organic solvent toxicity and irritation larger organic solvent,hawthorn and fruit of chinese toona as a model drug to verify. In no less than the basis of the existing separation effect,with cyclohexane:ethyl acetate:acetic acid = 3:5:0. 5 instead of toluene:ethyl acetate:formic acid = 20:4:0. 5 hawthorn TLC study;the petroleum ether:ethyl acetate = 15:1 instead of petroleum ether:Acetone = 18:1、the petroleum ether:ethyl acetate = 8:1 instead of petroleum ether:Acetone = 10:1 fruit of chinese toona of n -butanol extract of TLC research. Using the formula of comprehensive polarity,explore TLC expansion agent application has a better alternative,verify the effect,and can be popularized in the identification of TLC experiment.
