摘要
环丁砜是一种性能优良的多功能溶剂,也是目前芳烃抽提装置中最常用的溶剂,其市场需求量逐年增加,但生产技术相对落后。介绍了国内外几种典型的环丁砜生产工艺,包括菲利普工艺、壳牌工艺、日本住友工艺,锦州石化工艺,辽阳辽东精细化工工艺,并对各个生产工艺进行评述。分析表明,现有工艺存在着间歇生产、效率低下、抗劣化性差等问题,未来的研究重点应该放在环丁砜连续合成新工艺的开发上。
Sulfolane is a kind of multifunctional solvent with good performance, and is the most common solvent in aromatics extraction. Sulfolane has soaring market demand, but its synthetic technology is backward. In this paper, five typical synthetic technologies were introduced, including Phillips process, Shell process, Sumtomo Seika Chemicals process, Jinzhou petrochemical process and Liaodong fine chemical process. Then these processes were analyzed and compared. The results show that intermittent operation, inefficiency production and poor deterxioration resistance are the main problems of the current processes. The future trend of research is to develop continuous technology for sulfolane synthesis.
