N,N-二甲基-4-硝基苄胺的合成工艺研究

摘要 N,N-二甲基-4-硝基苄胺是一种重要的有机合成中间体,被广泛的应用于医药、农药化工等领域。以二氯甲烷作反应溶剂,以二甲胺盐酸盐为辅料,选用三乙胺为缚酸剂,底物对硝基溴苄用二氯甲烷溶解后滴加,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为30 min,反应收率为94.7%。该工艺路线成本低,操作简便,反应时间短,污染小,选择性好,收率高,适用于工业化生产。 N, N-Dimethyl-4-nitrobenzylamine is an important intermediate for organic synthesis, and is widely used in medicine, pesticide and chemical fields. The process with methylene chloride as the reaction solvent, with the dimethylamine hydroehloride for auxiliary materials, and with the acid-binding agent of triethylamine, the substrate 4- nitrobenzyl bromide was dissolved with dichloromethane dropwise addition, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, the reaction time was 30 min, the reaction yield was 94.7%. The menthod on the basis of the traditional process of hydrobromide bromine preparation was improved agent bromide. This process route with a low production cost, simple operation, short reaction time, easv industrial production and environmentally friendly.
