摘要
根据SPCC 0.55mm冷轧样再结晶温度区间设计了6种罩式退火工艺,并对6种工艺下退火钢板进行显微组织分析,测定了6种退火工艺及包钢退火工艺下成品板的r值、Δr值等力学性能,发现第一个台阶温度575℃时r值最高,达到1.7左右,Δr值最小,达到0.08左右,并且这个温度正是冷轧织构刚刚完全转变为再结晶织构的温度。实验结果表明:控制双台阶退火工艺中第一台阶的保温温度可以明显提高材料的深冲性能。
According to the recrystallized temperature range of cold- roller sheet of SPCC 0. 55 mm,six processes are designed. Based on the analysis of the microstructure,the six processes are tested and the values of r and Δr are got under annealing. It indicates that when the first step temperature is 575℃,the value of r rises to the highest( 1. 7) and the value ofΔr is the lowest( 0. 08). The temperature 575℃ is just the transformation temperature that the cold- rolled texture has completely transformed into recrystalized texture. The result shows that the deep- drawing property can be increased greatly if the holding temperature in the first step of double- step annealing can be controlled well.
