摘要
本文从产业关联的角度,利用中国2007年投入产出表对我国房地产业的关联效应和波及效应进行了定量的测算和分析,明确了国民经济中房地产业相互关联的主要产业类型,并且揭示了房地产业与其他产业之间的定量关系。同时,还对投入产出表中各部门感应度系数和影响力系数进行了测算。
This paper analyzed the correlation effect and ripple effect of china＇s real estate industry with the inputoutput data of 2007. From the positive analysis, we can ascertain the main related industry type of real estate, and reveal the quantitative relations between real estate industry and other industries. Then the paper measured and calculated the sensitivity coefficient and the influence coefficient.
