摘要
创设高效的网络学习环境,是信息技术变革教育的前提与条件。个人学习环境作为网络学习环境发展的新阶段,提供了解决数字化学习中诸多问题的新思路。文章从学习者的角度出发,构建了基于知识管理的个人学习环境模型,使学习者在灵活驾驭工具、资源、人、服务的同时,注重信息加工、交流共享与应用创新,从而提高学习效果与效率。
Construction of an efficient network-based learning environment is a prerequisite and condition for information technology reform education.Personal learning environment as a new phase of development of the network-based learning environment, provides a new way to solve many problems in e-learning.This paper constructs a personal learning environment model based on knowledge management from the perspective of learners, which enables learners to make a flexible control of tools, resources, people and services, pay more attention to information processing, communication, sharing, application and innovation so as to improve learning effects and efficiency.
