摘要
根据活性基团拼接原理,以取代哌嗪为母体,分别与胍基和羟基相连,合成了4个新型的哌嗪衍生物——N-取代基-N'-胍乙基哌嗪·1/2硫酸盐和4-甲基-1-(2-羟乙基)哌嗪,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和ESI-MS表征。
Four new piperazine derivatives,1-{ 2-[4-(2-substituent group) piperazin-1-yl]ethyl }guanidine sulfate and 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methylpiperazine,were synthesized by connection of substituted piperazine with guanidyl or hydroxyl based the splicing principle of active groups.The structures were characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR,ESI-MS.
