摘要
结合某聚氨酯工业设备制造企业的实际需求,开发了一套基于西门子PLC的聚氨酯板材流水线控制系统,并设计了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的集中控制方案。实践表明,该系统性能优异、自动化程度高,大大提升了生产线的生产效率,节约了生产成本。
Combined with the actual needs of a polyurethane industrial equipment manufacturing enterprise, this paper develops a polyurethane sheet line control system based on Siemens PLC, and designs a centralized control scheme based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus. Practice shows that the system has an excellent performance and a high degree of automation, improving the efficiency of production line and reducing the cost of production.
