摘要
采用金相显微镜、涡流导电仪、拉伸试验机及扫描电镜,研究了La,Ce混合稀土对6201电工铝合金铸态组织、导电性能和力学性能的影响规律.结果表明:添加微量混合稀土可对6201铝合金组织起到晶粒细化和净化作用,提高铝合金的导电性能和力学性能.随着混合稀土添加量的逐渐增加,6201铝合金铸态组织晶粒逐渐被细化,电导率、抗拉强度和伸长率逐渐提高.当混合稀土添加量为0.5%时,6201铝合金的电导率为55.7%IACS,抗拉强度和伸长率分别为236 MPa和16.7%,与未添加混合稀土相比,6201铝合金的电导率提高了5.69%,抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了11.32%和15.17%.
Metallurgical microscope,electrical conductivity meter,tensile testing machine,and scanning electron microscope were used to investigate the effects of La and Ce mischmetal on as-cast structure,conductivity,and mechanical property of 6201 aluminum alloy.Results show that the addition of mischmetal has an effect on the grain refinement and purification of 6201 aluminum alloy,which is beneficial to improvement of electrical conductivity and mechanical property.With a gradual increase in the additive amount of mischmetal,grains in as-cast structure of 6201 aluminum alloy is gradually refined.And thus conductivity,tensile strength,and elongation get improved.To be specific,when the additive amount of mischmetal is 0.5%,the electrical conductivity is 55.7%IACS,tensile strength and elongation are 236 MPa and 16.7%,respectively.The electrical conductivity is increased by 5.69%,tensile strength and elongation are increased by 11.32% and 15.17% respectively,compared with corresponding properties of 6201 aluminum alloy without the mischmetal added.
