摘要
目的:探讨团体心理辅导对减少大一学生人际交往困扰,提高大学生人际交往水平的有效性及可行性。方法:采用单因素重复测量实验设计,对11名有提高人际交往水平意愿的大一学生进行为期1个半月,共6次的团体心理辅导干预;使用德克萨斯社交行为问卷和人际关系综合诊断量表进行前后施测,结合自编的团体成员自我评估问卷和集体访谈对团体辅导进行质的分析。结果:被试的德克萨斯社交行为问卷总分呈现显著差异(t=-3.28,P<0.05),人际关系综合诊断量表前后测得分存在显著差异(t=2.70,P<0.05),其中人际关系综合诊断量表的待人接物因子(t=-1.99,P<0.05)和异性交往因子(t=-2.21,P<0.05)前后对比发现显著差异。结论:人际交往团体辅导对提高大一学生的自我价值感和社交能力,减少人际关系困扰是有效的。
Objective:To explore the effect of group psychological counseling on reducing freshmen J interpersonal problems and improving the level of interpersonal quality. Methods:A total of 11 freshmen who were willing to improve the level of interpersonal quality were trained by the mean of group psycho- logical counseling, using single factor repeated measurement experiment design. The scores of TSBI and Interpersonal Relationships Assessment Scale were compared between before and after training. Moreover, Self Assessment Questionnaire and group interviews were used to carried out the method of qualitative. Results: Freshmen' post - test score of TSBI was significantly higher than the pre - test ( t = - 3.28, P 〈 0.05 )and Interpersonal Relationships Assessment Scale post -test score was significantly lower than the pre- test(t =2.70 ,P 〈 0.05 ). In addition,the post- test score of the dimensions of interpersonal( t = -1.99, P 〈 0.05 ) and opposite - sex interaction ( t = -2.21, P 〈 0.05 ) were significantly lower than the pro -test. Conclusion:Group counseling is effective to improve freshmen interpersonal quality and reduce the problems in interpersonal .
