摘要 心房颤动(简称房颤)可导致卒中、心力衰竭等严重并发症,评估左心房的结构和功能对监测房颤病情及评估预后有重要价值。实时三维超声心动图、斑点追踪成像等超声新技术可为临床评价房颤患者左心房结构和功能提供详细、准确的信息。 Atrial fibrillation (AF) can lead to serious complications, including stroke and congestive heart failure. Assessment of left atrial structure and function plays a pivotal role in monitoring disease progression and evaluating prognosis in patients with AF. As novel echocardiographic techniques, real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging can accurately and objectively evaluate left atrial structure and function in patients with AF.
