髓内钉固定术中斯氏针辅助闭合复位治疗多段股骨干骨折 被引量:10

摘要 股骨干骨折多为高能量损伤导致。闭合复位髓内钉内固定是多数闭合性股骨干骨折的标准治疗方法,并发症发生率很低可以达到99%的愈合率。由于股骨干周围很多肌肉附着,骨折一般移位明显,尤其对于股骨干多段骨折,术中闭合复位往往很困难,增加了手术时间,同时对术者和患者均有一定的辐射,而且术后旋转畸形的发生率很高,出现临床症状,甚至加速关节的退变。同时有报道,辐射可致多种肿瘤的发生,如白血病、甲状腺癌、肺癌等。
