摘要
目的:探讨健脾降脂方联合五灵肝复胶囊治疗脾虚浊瘀内阻型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月~2014年1月期间我院收治的NASH患者120例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组应用水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,研究组给予中药健脾降脂方与五灵肝复胶囊联合治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后研究组天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Aspartate Transaminase,AST)、谷丙转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)水平均优于治疗前,且AST、ALT及TC水平优于对照组(P〈0.05)。研究组治疗的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P〈0.05)。结论:健脾降脂方联合五灵肝复胶囊治疗脾虚浊瘀内阻型NASH疗效确切,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,降低血脂指标,提高肝功能,值得临床广泛推广与应用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Jianpi Jiangzhi decoction combined with Wuling Fugan capsule in the treatment of spleen deficiency turbidity and blood stasis resistance type nonalcoholic fatty hepatitis. Methods: 120 cases of NASH patients during January 2012 and January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group were given Silibinin Capsules treatment, while the study group received Jianpi Jiangzhi decoction combined with Wuling Fugan capsule for the treatment, the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment, levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) of the study group were better than those before the treatment, and the AST, ALT and TC levels were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The total effective rate in study group was 93.33%, significantly higher than that of the control group(80%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Jianpi Jiangzhi decoction combine with Wuling Ganfu capsule is effective in the treatment of spleen deficiency turbidity and blood stasis resistance type NASH exact, they can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the blood lipid, improve liver function, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
