Esterification Reaetion Kinetics of Modified PET

摘要 添加二元酸丁二酸(BA)、己二酸(AA)、癸二酸(SA),粉体二氧化锆、硫酸镁、碳酸镁以及二元酸/粉体组成的复合改性剂对PET改性。建立动力学模型,对其酯化动力学进行研究,讨论了不同改性剂及其添加量对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明:随着二元酸含量的增加,反应时间缩短,酯化活化能降低;粉体及粉体/二元酸复合改性剂对酯化反应均起到了促进作用。 By using different contents of aliphatic dibasic acid (butanedioic acid, adipic acid and sebacic aicd) , inorganic powder (zirconium dioxide, magnesium sulfate and magnesium carbonate) and their mixture as additive, a series of modified PET had been prepared. Dynamic model was established, esterification kinetics was studied and the effect of different additive and their contents on esterification was discussed. The resuhs showed that the esterification time was shorted and reaction activation energy was decreased with increasing the addition of aliphatic dibasic acid. Esterification had been promoted by adding powder and powder/dibasic acid composite modifier.
