先天性胆总管囊肿切除术中副肝管损伤的处理 被引量：5

摘要 胆总管囊肿是一种较常见的先天性胆管畸形，目前囊肿完全切除、肝总管空肠Roux-Y吻合术已成为该病的标准术式[1]，变异的胆管和血管解剖增加胆总管囊肿的手术难度和风险。术中如果处理不当，术后可能导致胆漏或肝功能异常。2002年1月至2012年5月我科在先天性胆总管囊肿切除术中共遇到3例合并有副肝管损伤，发现后给予及时吻合处理。术后随访2年，患儿恢复顺利，彩超及肝功能检查未见明显异常。现报道如下。
