摘要
目的:观察疏血通注射液联合康复训练治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将急性脑梗死患者146例随机分为观察组和对照组各73例,两组均给予相应的内科治疗处理,观察组在此基础上加用疏血通注射液静脉滴注及早期康复训练。疗程为2周。2周后采用临床神经功能缺损评分(CSS评分)评价神经损害程度,采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价量表(FMI)评估肢体运动功能,采用改良Ashworth痉挛评定量表评价肢体痉挛程度;检测治疗前后血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、S100B蛋白以及血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平。结果:观察组临床疗效有效率为93.15%,对照组为82.19%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CSS评分和改良Ashworth评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),FMI评分高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组S100B蛋白和FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.01),BDNF水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:疏血通注射液联合康复训练促进急性脑梗死神经功能患者神经功能恢复,改善患者运动能力,促进疾病的康复,临床疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuxuetong Injection(SXTI) combined with rehabilitation training on acute cerebral infarction.Methods: 146 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 73 cases in each group.All the patients in both groups were given proper internal treatment.Based on this,the ones in the observation group were added SXTI combined with early rehabilitation training.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The nerve injury degree was judged by CSS standard; Limbs movement function was judged by FMI Fugl-Meyer standard;Limbs spasm degree was evaluated by adopting modified Ashworth Spasm Assessment Scale; Serum BDNF,protein S100B and plasma FIB level of both groups before and after the treatment were tested.Results: The clinical effective rate of the observation group(93.15%) was superior to that(82.19%) of the control group(P〈0.05); After the treatment,CSS score and modified Ashworth score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P〈0.01); Its FMI score was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01); Its protein S100B and plasma FIB level were lower than those of the control group(P〈0.01); Its BDNF level was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion: SXTI combined with rehabilitation training has very good curative effect on acute cerebral infarction,can recover patients' nerve functions,improve their sports ability,and promote disease rehabilitation.
