摘要
目的:观察点刺放血配合紫外线照射、脉冲短波治疗急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:选取急性扁桃体炎患者67例,均采用点刺放血配合紫外线照射、脉冲短波治疗。结果:67例患者中,治愈34例,好转25例,无效8例,显效率88.06%;26例扁桃体化脓患者中,完全消失16例,缩小≥50%6例,缩小<50%3例,无明显变化1例,显效率84.6%;治疗后,疼痛疗效显效率为94%,扁桃体肿大程度显效率为82.8%。结论:点刺放血配合紫外线照射、脉冲短波治疗急性扁桃体炎疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of point pricking for bleeding combined with ultraviolet irradiation and pulse short wave therapy on acute tonsillitis.Methods： 67 patients with acute tonsillitis were chosen and treated with point pricking for bleeding combined with ultraviolet irradiation and pulse short wave therapy.Results： Among the 67 patients,34 cases were cured; 25 were improved; 8 were ineffective; and the significant efficiency rate was 88.06%.Among 26 patients with tonsil abscess,the syndrome of 16 cases completely disappeared; Over or equal 50% syndrome of 6 cases shrank; Less than 50% syndrome of 3 cases shrank; I case had no change; And the significant efficiency rate was 84.6%.After the treatment,he significant efficiency rate of pain curative effect was 94%,and that of tonsil swelling degree was 82.8%.Conclusion： Point pricking for bleeding combined with ultraviolet irradiation and pulse short wave therapy has satisfactory curative effect on acute tonsillitis.
