摘要
目的：观察银丹心脑通软胶囊联合西药阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：将187例高脂血症患者随机分为对照组93例和治疗组94例。对照组患者给予西药阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,每次20 mg,日1次,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予银丹心脑通软胶囊口服,每次3-4粒,日3次。两组均以30 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察两组患者头晕、乏力、健忘、胸闷、心悸、肢体困重、痰多等临床症状改善情况,监测治疗前后患者的血脂总胆固醇（total cholesterol,TC）、三酰甘油（three acyl glycerin,TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C）水平。比较两组患者的有效率及胃肠道不适、肌肉酸痛等不良反应的发生率。结果：两组患者治疗后临床症状、血脂水平均较治疗前有所改善,与治疗前相比有差异性（P〈0.05）。治疗后治疗组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均低于对照组,与对照组相比,其治疗前后血脂水平变化程度更为明显（P〈0.05）。治疗组有效率为90.4%,优于对照组的73.1%（P〈0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生率比较,治疗组不良反应率为9.6%,显著低于对照组的不良反应发生率24.7%（P〈0.05）。结论：银丹心脑通软胶囊联合西药阿托伐他汀能有效缓解高脂血症患者的临床症状,改善患者血脂水平,且不良反应少,具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule（银丹心脑通软胶囊,YDXNTSC） combined with atorvastatin on hyperlipemia.Methods： 187 patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into the control group with 93 cases and the treatment group with 94 cases.The patients in the control group were given atorvastatin calcium tablet for oral administration,20 mg each time,once a day.Based on this treatment,the ones in the treatment group were added YDXNTSC for oral administration,3-4 granules each time,3 times a day.Both groups regarded 30 days as a treatment course.After 2 courses,in both groups,patients＇ clinical symptoms improvement such as dizziness,fatigue,amnesia,chest distress,palpitation,drowsy heaviness of limbs and excessive phlegm were observed; The levels of patients ＇ blood fat total cholesterol（BFTC）,three acyl glycerin（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）were tested; The effective rate,the occurrence rate of adverse reactions such as discomfort of gastrointestinal tract and aching pain of muscles,etc.were compared.Results： After the treatment,both groups＇ clinical symptoms and blood fat level were improved,and there was difference between before and after the treatment（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the levels of TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C of the treatment group were all lower than those of the control group; And compared with the control group,the change of blood fat level of the treatment group was more obvious（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of the treatment group（90.4%）was superior to that（73.1%） of the control group（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction occurrence rate of the treatment group（9.6%） was much lower than that（24.7%） of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： YDXNTSC combined with atorvastatin can effectively release the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperlipemia,improve their blood fat level,and has very good curative effect with few adverse reactions.
