摘要
近年来,外招生培养越来越受到高校的重视,本文根据外招生自身的特点以及生源地的用人需求,对药理实验进行改革,不断完善外招生的培养机制,加强外招生对专业的认同感。
In recent years, increasing importance has been attached to the training of non-mainland students. This paper discusses the reform of pharmacological experiments based on characteristics of non-mainland students and employment demand of native places, so as to constantly improve the training of non-mainland students and strengthen their sense of professional identity.
