摘要
在满足安全运行的基础上,以动力费用、热力费用及清管费用的总和为目标函数,建立了含蜡原油管道安全经济清管周期模型。基于中宁—银川输油管道清管后的运行数据,分析了不同进站温度、输量和余蜡厚度对管道安全经济清管周期的影响,结果表明:进站温度的升高会使管道运行日平均费用增加和清管周期延长,输量的增加会使管道运行日平均费用降低和清管周期缩短;进站温度为16、18℃时预留的余蜡厚度为0.4~0.6 mm,进站温度为14℃时可以不预留余蜡厚度;不同进站温度及输量下余蜡厚度对清管周期的影响规律基本一致,即清管周期均是随着余蜡厚度的增加而逐渐缩短,且进站温度改变时余蜡厚度对清管周期影响的变化较显著。
With safe operations ensured,taking the sum of power,thermal and pigging costs as the objective function,a safe and economic pigging frequency model for waxy crude oil pipelines was developed. Based on the operation data of Zhongning-Yinchuan pipeline upon being pigged,the influence of inlet temperature,throughput and remnant wax thicknesses on the safe and economic pigging frequency were analyzed. The results show that the average daily costs of pipeline operation will increase while the pigging frequency will be extended with the inlet temperature increasing; and conversely,the average daily costs of pipeline operation will decrease while the pigging frequency will be shortened with the throughput rising. The reserved remnant wax thickness is 0. 4 to 0. 6 mm when the inlet temperature is 16 or 18℃; but it is not necessary when the inlet temperature is 14℃. The influencing patterns of remnant wax thickness on pigging frequency at different inlet temperatures and throughputs are basically the same,i. e. the increase of remnant wax thickness can shorten the pigging frequency. In addition,the influence of remnant wax thickness on pigging frequency is more significant when the inlet temperature changes.
