摘要
端粒缩短是遗传性或获得性骨髓衰竭的共同途径之一。基因突变导致端粒缩短,减少造血干细胞数量和增殖能力,导致骨髓低增生。环境因素打破代偿造血平衡,导致骨髓衰竭。
Telomere shortening is one of the common ways to hereditary or acquired bone marrow failure. Telomere short- ening caused by gene mutations reduces the number and proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells, and leads to bone mar- row hypoplasia. Environmental factors break compensatory hematopoietic balance and lead to bone marrow failure.
