摘要
目的研究姜黄属植物的化学成分差异与其分类学的关系。方法对不同来源的34个姜黄属植物样本中姜黄素类成分和挥发油类成分进行了定量分析,建立了基于化学成分分析结果的聚类谱系图。结果化学成分聚类分析表明该34个样本按照不同类别可明显划分为3类,展示了姜黄属不同分类群不同部分不同产地的化学差异及不同分类群的亲缘关系。结论姜黄素类化合物中的姜黄素类成分和挥发油类成分含量可作为姜黄属植物的鉴别及药用的重要参考指标。
Objective To study the genus curcuma plant relationship between chemical composition differences and taxonomic. Method Analysis the quantitative of Curcuma Genus sample Curcumin components and volatile oil composition from 34 different sources, establish the clustering dendrogram based on chemical analysis results. Result clustering analysis showed that the 34 samples can be obviously divided into 3 categories according to different categories and chemical composition,showing the curcuma chemical differences from different taxa,different parts in different areas, and different phylogenetic relationship in different taxa. Conclusion Curcumin components and volatile oil content of Curcumin derivatives can be used as An important reference index of Curcuma and identification of medicinal.
