羽毛降解菌的筛选及其产酶特性 被引量:11

Isolation and Characteristics of Enzyme Production of Feather-Degrading Bacteria

摘要 从家禽屠宰厂的羽毛堆积场中采集样品,经过初筛和复筛过程分离出一株能高效降解羽毛的优势菌株B2.该菌株在30℃摇床培养3 d后,测其角蛋白酶活力可达67.14 U/m L,培养4 d后对天然羽毛的降解率达71.3%. A strain B2 with high efficient of feather-degrading capability was isolated from poultry dressing farm by the initial screening and the screening process. The keratinase activity reached 67.14 U/mL after fermenting at 30 ℃ for 3 days. The feather degradation rate can reach 71.3% after 4 days.
