摘要
研究了合成双酚A型聚碳酸酯(BAPC)的氮气吹扫新工艺中关键步骤——苯酚回收的问题,建立了简单易行的苯酚水溶液浓度测定的紫外分光光度法,研究了工艺条件对苯酚回收率的影响以及与黏均分子量的关系.结果表明:苯酚水溶液的浓度与吸光度呈线性关系,可用紫外分光光度法准确测定;双酚A型聚碳酸酯预聚体的初熔温度在182℃以上,最高可达224℃;随着苯酚回收率的增多,黏均分子量增大,苯酚的回收率可达85.6%.
A key step,recovery and determination of phenol as a by-product,in the synthesis process( N2 sweeping process) of bisphenol A polycarbonate was studied in this work. A simple analysis method of phenol removed from the reactor was developed. Phenol was dissolved in water,and then the concentration of phenol was measured by UV spectrophotometry. Using this analysis method,the rate of recovery phenol and its effect on the viscosity-average relative molecular mass were investigated. The experimental results show that there is a linear relationship between the concentration of phenol and the UV absorbance,and the determination data are exact and reliable by the proposed analysis method. The initial melt temperature of the polycarbonate prepolymer is well above 182 ℃,and the highest initial melt temperature can be up to 224 ℃.When the rate of recovery phenol from the reactor increased,the viscosity-average relative molecular mass of polycarbonate increased. The recovery of phenol from the reactor can be up to 85. 6%.
