腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术65例 被引量：10

摘要 目的：探讨腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术的治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析65例腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术治疗腹股沟疝病例的临床资料,包括成功率、并发症和复发率,评价腹腔镜全腹膜外疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的可行性。结果：65例中63例完成了腹腔镜下全腹膜外疝修补术,中转开腹疝修补术1例、中转经腹腔腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术1例,术后2例出现血肿,2例阴囊气肿,1例术区疼痛;平均随访16（6～48）个月,未发现复发病例。结论：腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术是安全有效的。
