创伤性静脉血栓栓塞的评估及预防

摘要 创伤是形成静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的危险因素,创伤性VTE是临床上创伤后患者常见且严重的并发症。提高对创伤性VTE的正确认识、评估及预防血栓的发生尤其重要。本文阐述了创伤性VTE的发病率、发病机制、危险因素、诊断及预防特点,提高临床医师对创伤性VTE的认识,为临床预防及治疗创伤性VTE提供理论支持。
