摘要
目的 探讨一种科学的深静脉血栓的管理方法,以预防或避免深静脉血栓的发生.方法 2014年1月～6月采用医护一体化策略,包括医护共同参与培训,共同决策实施方法,采用标准化沟通方式及共同讨论差错隐患等,对深静脉血栓预防进行管理,比较应用该策略前后的效果.结果 应用医护一体化策略后,医生、护士合作状况平均得分及程序化深静脉血栓预防的落实率均高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,深静脉血栓发生率低于实施前,差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）,平均住院日低于实施前.结论 医护一体化策略在预防深静脉血栓管理中具有优势作用,骨科护士在实施过程中具有不可替代的作用.
Objective To explore a as to prevent or avoid the occurrence of DVT. strategy, including participation training, scientific management method for deep venous thrombosis （DVT） , so Methods From January 2014 to June 2014, medical care integration medical care, shared decision implementation method, standardized communicate way and discussing errors hidden trouble, etc., was applied in DVT prevention management. The effect of the strategy after application was observed. Results After application of medical care integration strategy, the average score of cooperation between doctors and nurses and the implement rate of sequencing DVT prevention were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05） , the incidence of DVT was lower than those before implementation （P 〈 0.01） , and the average length of stay was lower than before implementation. Conclusion Medical care integration strategy has an advantage in prevention and management of DVT, and orthopedic nurse has an irreplaceable role in the implementation process.
