PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折78例疗效分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法自2011-02—2013-08采用闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折78例。记录手术时间、透视时间、术中出血量、术后引流量,以及术中、术后并发症。末次随访时采用髋关节功能Harris评分评定疗效。结果本组手术时间60~150(95.3±50.2)min,术中透视时间(109.2±39.5)s,术中出血量150~700(306.4±125.3)ml,术后引流量100~350(159.1±83.3)ml,住院时间(14.9±2.5)d。78例均获随访6~30个月,平均16.5个月,骨折愈合时间平均5.3个月。末次随访时疗效采用髋关节功能Harris评分标准评定:优55例,良19例,可4例,优良率94.9%。结论闭合复位PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折能够减少手术创伤,促进骨折愈合,而且操作相对简单,是一种效果确切的手术方法。
