摘要 比例阀是液压比例控制系统的重要元件,直接影响其系统的控制性能。为更好的了解比例阀的性能,该文提出利用AMESim和Lab VIEW构建比例阀静态特性联合仿真测试平台,对比例阀的静态特性进行仿真研究,实现比例阀性能仿真测试平台的智能化与可视化。仿真得到的3个静态特性曲线与国标给出的特性曲线相一致,证明仿真测试系统具有很好的可靠性,对比例阀性能测试系统的开发具有指导意义。 Proportional valve is a key component in hydraulic control system, which directly affect the performance of the control system.In order to have a better understanding of the characteristics of proportional valve, the co-simulation testing platform is proposed based on AMESim and Lab VIEW for the testing of the proportional valve static performance, to achieve intelligent and visualization of the testing system. Three static characteristic curves of the proportional valve obtained by simulation platform which are consistent with characteristic curves given by national standard, it shows that the simulation result is reliable, which contributes to the development for proportional valve performance testing system.
