摘要
为了有效改良高掺量粉煤灰绿色混凝土(HVFAGC)的早龄期性能,突破其工程应用的技术瓶颈,从而充分发挥其低碳环保经济的应用潜力和前景,本文提供了一种优化HVFAGC早期性能的方法。通过掺入适量的纳米碳酸钙微粉,利用其化学活性和物理填充、成核效应,从而缩短HVFAGC的凝结时间,改善其微观结构。本文通过实验手段验证了这一改性技术手段的有效性和可行性。
In order to improve early-age properties of high volume fly ash concrete(HVFAC) and to overcome technique obstacle in engineering application,this article proposed a measure that introduces nano-Ca CO3 into HVFAC mixtures.In this way,chemical activity,physically filling and nucleation effects of nano-Ca CO3 can be utilized. The behavior of the HVFAC containing nanoCa CO3 was experimentally investigated.As a conclusion, setting time of HVFAC is shortened and its micro-structure is improved with the addition of nano-Ca CO3.
