摘要
随着医疗制度的改革与完善,以及人们自我保护意识和法律意识的逐步提高,患者需求复印住院病案日益增多。病案资料复印已成为病案管理服务工作中的重要组成部分。总结归纳近5年某三级甲等医院病案科复印室工作的效果与经验,提出以患者为中心的病案科复印工作模式。通过做好宣传、开展预约复印邮寄业务、床旁预约复印、督促病历回收等多种方式的改进措施,来满足快速增长的病案复印需求,规范病案复印服务,减少医患纠纷,创造构建和谐的医患关系。病案科管理者必须转变观念,以患者为中心,既符合复印相关的法律法规规定,又要为患者提供满意、优质、高效的服务。
