摘要
环介导等温扩增(LAMP)是一门新兴的分子生物学检测技术,因其具有高特异性、高灵敏度、简便快捷、成本低廉等特点,受到越来越多兽医工作者的关注。目前,该方法已经广泛应用于各种病原微生物的检测。本文就环介导等温扩增技术的原理、方法、应用等方面进行简述,最后指出LAMP当前存在的一些不足之处,并对其发展前景进行了展望,以期为其临床应用提供理论依据。
The loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)is a new nucleic acid amplification method. Due to its high specificity,efficiency,simplicity,rapidity and cheapness,more and more veterinarians focus on the method. At present,LAMP has been widely used in detecting various pathogens. In this review,the principle,process and application of LAMP were introduced,its short-comings were pointed out and the future development in animal disease diagnosis was prospected in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
