摘要
本文就德兴铜矿运输部汽车修理厂日常维修过程中摸索出的利用手工对聚氨酯进行发泡的手工发泡法进行了较详细的阐述,并就手工发泡法对聚氨脂发泡工艺过程中几个主要参数的变化与溶液罐保温效果的关系进行了认真的探讨。方法成功应用于该矿混装炸药车水相溶液罐在汽修厂进行大、中修理后,重新铺设保温材料的汽修工艺中。
This paper expounds the hand-foamed polyurethane foaming which was worked out by the auto repair shop of transportation department at Dexing Copper Mine during routine maintenance. The relationship between the main parameters change in polyurethane foaming process caused by hand-foaming and the heat preservation effect of solution tank hand-foaming has been seriously discussed. This method was successfully applied to the heat insulating material re-laying of auto repair process after the major maintenance and medium maintenance of the aqueous solution tank of the mixed explosive car at mine auto repair shop.
