膨胀型阻燃剂阻燃聚丙烯的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 介绍了近年来膨胀型阻燃剂阻燃聚丙烯(PP)的研究进展,分别从传统膨胀型阻燃剂和新型膨胀型阻燃剂对PP进行阻燃展开阐述。新型膨胀型阻燃剂相比传统的膨胀型阻燃剂能够实现更高的阻燃效率和更优的力学性能。集酸源、碳源、气源为一体的新型膨胀型阻燃剂的合成,以及兼顾阻燃和其他性能且环境友好的阻燃PP复合材料的开发将是重要的发展方向。 The latest research progress of intumescent flame retardants for polypropylene(PP)is introduced,including conventional and novel intumescent flame retardants.Compared with conventional flame retardants,novel intumescent ones can provide higher flame retardant efficiency and better mechanical properties for PP.In the long run,the synthesis of novel intumescent flame retardants integrated with acid source,carbonizing agent,and gas agent,and the development of environment-friendly flame retardant PP composites which possess satisfied flame retardant and other performances,will be the developing trends in the future.
