摘要
以生产过程中ZL205A合金回转体铸件在射线探伤检测时在射线底片上发现树枝状偏析缺陷为研究对象,研究了树枝状偏析缺陷处力学性能、断口形貌、微观组织、化学成分及熔点等。根据研究结果探讨了树枝状偏析缺陷产生的机理,并提出了预防及防止树枝状偏析缺陷的措施。
Taking ZL205A alloy rotator casting dendritic segregation defect found in X-ray radiographic examination as research object, the mechanical properties, fracture morphology, chemical composition and microstructure of the samples were studied. According to the results of the study, the mechanism of dendritic segregation defects were discussed, and the measures for preventing the dendritic segregation defects in production wcrc put forward.
