摘要
为了有效避让新建客车技术整备所对外部市政道路及地铁区间隧道的影响,同时满足整备检修生产对不同作业面及车顶高空作业防护的特殊需求。在分析西安东客车技术整备所的工程概况、设计规模基础上,对整备所总平面布置、大型建筑、设备选型进行优化设计,创新采用整备棚大跨度网架结构设计,同时通过轨道桥、检修平台等主要设备选型的局部特殊工艺设计,有效解决了整备所因地质地形等控制因素带来的不利影响。
In order to effectively avoid the influence of newly-built east passenger train servicing subdivision on external municipal roads and subway tunnel and meet special requirements of servicing maintenance activities on different work faces and vehicle roof working protection, the general layout, large buildings and equipment selection are optimized, based on the analysis of project overview and designed scale of new Xi’an east passenger train servicing subdivision. Large span truss structure in the servicing shed is innovatively adopted, and the adverse influences generated by the geological conditions and some other control factors on passenger train servicing subdivision are solved by means of local special process design of track bridge, maintenance platform and some other main equipment selection.
