摘要
目的:研究徐长卿的化学成分。方法:运用多种色谱技术分离徐长卿中的化学成分,根据波谱数据和理化性质确定化合物结构。结果:从徐长卿全草中共分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、牡丹酚苷A(3)、丹皮酚原苷(4)、santamarin(5)、丹皮酚(6)、annobraine(7)、落叶松脂醇(8)、α-细辛醚(9)、7-angelyheliotridine(10)、β-香树酯醇(11)、尿苷(12)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(13)、山柰酚-7-O-(4″,6″-二对羟基肉桂酰基-2″,3″-二乙酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14)、(2S,E)-N-[2-羟基-2-(4-羟基苯)乙酯]阿魏酰胺(15)。结论:其中,化合物5、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物4、6、8、11、12、15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from Cynanchum paniculatum. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical characteristics. Results: 15 compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract and identified asβ-sitosterol(1),β-daucosterin(2),mudanoside A(3),paeonolide(4),santamarin(5),paeonol(6),annobraine(7),laricircsinol(8),α-asarone(9),7-angelyheliotridine(10),β-amyrin(11),uridine(12),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 →2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(13),kaempferol-7-O-(4″,6″-di-p-hydroxycinnamoyl-2″,3″-diacetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),and(2S,E)-N-[2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethyl]ferulamide(15). Conclusion: Compounds 4,6,8,11,12 and 15 are isolated from this plant for the first time,Compounds 5 and 14 are firstly isolated from the plants of Cynanchum genus.
