摘要
过氧化苯甲酰是目前预涂厌氧胶中常用的一种引发剂,通过过氧化苯甲酰的浓度与其分解产物苯甲酸的峰面积在气质联用仪的对应关系,建立了相关系数可达到0.999以上的,含内标的过氧化苯甲酰/丙酮的GCMS标准曲线来测试过氧化苯甲酰的包埋率。同时采用热重分析的方法验证气质联用仪方法有效性。结果表明,2种测试方法得到的过氧化苯甲酰包埋率接近,因此此类易分解的过氧化物也可用气质联用的方法对其含量进行测试。
In this work we established a method to determinate the entrapment efficiency ofmicrocapsules containing BPO for the anaerobic adhesives by using GCMS. Specifically, we found the relationship of the BPO concentration and the peak area of its main decomposition product benzoic acid in GCMS is a good linear correlation, and established a calibration curve (R 〉 0.999). In addition, the result of entrapment efficiency obtained by TGA fairly closed to that obtained by GCMS. This indicate that the method by using GCMS is available.
