摘要
目的:探讨中药联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:将小儿支原体肺炎患者80例按随机数字表法分为2组各40例,研究组患者使用清肺化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组患者仅使用阿奇霉素治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、症状和体征消失时间及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平变化。结果:研究组患者有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者高热、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间分别为(3.0±1.4)天、(4.2±1.7)天及(5.3±2.7)天,明显短于对照组的(5.4±1.8)天、(7.1±1.9)天及(7.8±2.9)天,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后血清hs-CRP,IL-6和TNF-α水平分别为(4.5±2.1)mg/L、(18.2±10.1)pg/m L及(24.8±9.7)pg/m L,较治疗前明显改善,且改善程度明显优于对照组的(10.8±5.9)mg/L、(26.4±12.3)pg/m L及(36.9±10.3)pg/m L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎可显著改善患者症状,降低血清炎性因子水平。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine combined with azithromycin in treating infant mycoplasma pneumonia and its influence over serum inflammatory factors. Methods: The 80 cases of patients with pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases according to the random digital figures. The Qing Fei Hua Tan Tang and azithromycin was used to treat the cases in study group, while the single azithromycin was used in control group. The used traditional combined with for treatment while the control group was treated with. The patients' clinical efficacy, disappeared time of symptoms and signs and changes of serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of patients in study group was 95% significantly higher than that of the control group of 67.5%, and the difference had statistical meaning(P〈 0.05); the disappearance time of high fever, cough and pulmonary rales of the study group patients was(3.0±1.4) d,(4.2±1.7) d and(5.3±2.7) d significantly shorter than(5.4±1.8) d,(7.1±1.9) d and(7.8±2.9) d of the control group, and the differences had statistical meaning(P〈 0.05); the levels of serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a of the study group after treatment were(4.5±2.1) mg/L,(18.2±10.1) pg/m L and(24.8±9.7) pg/m L significantly improved, compared with(10.8±5.9) mg/L,(26.4±12.3) pg/m L and(36.9±10.3) pg/m L before treatment, and the differences had statistical meaning(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Chinese medicine with azithromycin can significantly improve children's symptoms and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
