摘要
目的:观察中医护理在阳虚患者围手术期预防低体温中的临床效果。方法:将择期手术的132例阳虚患者随机分为观察组、对照组各66例,观察组围术期实施中医护理与保温护理,对照组实施保温护理。结果:观察组患者术中、术后低体温发生率及其麻醉恢复期并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期使用中医护理,能有效降低阳虚患者低体温发生率。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medical nursing on Yang-deficiency patients of perioperative period in preventing hypothermia. Methods： The 132 patients with selective operations were randomized into 66 cases of observation and control groups, the Chinese medical nursing and insulation care were administered to the cases of observation group while only insulation care were conducted for patients of control group during perioperative period. Results： The Chinese medical nursing administered during the perioperative period can effectively decrease the incidence of hypothermia for patients of yang deficiency type.
