摘要 目的:探讨D-二聚体(D-dimer,DD),高敏C反应蛋白在急性脑梗死中的临床意义。方法:87例经临床及影像学确诊的急性脑梗死患者(ACI组)和33例健康体检者(对照组),比较两组血浆DD及Hs-CPR的水平,分析ACI组不同梗死体积患者D-二聚体和Hs-CPR之间的差异。结果:ACI组患者血浆DD和Hs-CPR水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),ACI大梗死体积组患者血浆DD及Hs-CPR水平显著高于小梗死体积组结论:血浆DD和Hs-CPR水平与ACI的发生发展密切相关,两者联合检测对ACI的预防。 Objective: To investigate the significance of the changes of Hs- CRP and d-dimer(DD) levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Blood sample were collected from 87 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI group)and 33 healthy controls. The difference of DD and Hs-CRP between ACI group and control group and ACI patients with difference infact size were compared. Results: The DD and Hs-CRP levels in the ACI groups were significantly higher than those in control group ( P〈0.05). The DD and Hs-CRP levels in the large infract group were significantly higher than those in small infract group( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acute cerebral infaction, the The plasma DD and Hs-CRP levels were increased significantly in patients ,and the larger the infarct volume,the more serious the disease,and the higer the both levels.Early detection of plasma DD and Hs- CRP judge infact volume and the severity of the disease.
