县级耕地质量等级评定方法研究——以浙江省松阳县为例 被引量:6

摘要 为快速准确评定耕地质量等级,了解浙江省耕地质量的现状及发展趋势,本研究提出基于快速信息识别技术的耕地质量等级评定方法。在《农用地分等规程》指导下,借助GIS技术实现评价因素的定量化;结合定性定量分析方法,设置评价因素权重;利用模糊综合评价方法,建立耕地质量综合指数,构建无损、快速的耕地质量等级评定模型;通过具体应用,检验了研究理论和方法的科学性。浙江省松阳县实际案例的对比分析表明,基于快速信息识别的耕地自然质量等别与传统的农用地分等的吻合度在68.4%左右,评价结果科学可信。说明提出的基于快速信息识别的耕地质量等级评定方法客观、有效,为今后耕地质量动态监测与农用地分等成果更新提供了新的思路与方法。 This study was carried out with the objective of developing a rapid but comprehensive land quality evaluation method to help understand the status and trends in cultivated land quality. Soil, farmland infrastructure, polution, land use, and tilage conditions are found to be useful factors in assessing cultivated land quality. These factors were included in a semi-variance analysis in the GIS alongside the distance to a canal, river, reservoir, rural residential, road, downtown; as wel as the area and perimeter of the county. A new indicator system was developed to assess land quality by quantifying evaluation factors. Compared with results from conventional methods, the proposed model was shown to be effective for Songyang County, resulting in an accuracy of 68.4%. Results demonstrate that the procedure would a new useful and objective method to evaluate cultivated land quality.
