摘要
为确定辣木籽仁的化学成分,采用无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯萃取辣木籽仁以及气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其化学成分,并用总离子流色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果表明:无水乙醇萃取率为3.566 7%,乙酸乙酯萃取率为16.433%;无水乙醇和乙酸乙酯萃取辣木籽仁共鉴定出41种化学组分,这2种方法萃取辣木籽仁提取物中最主要的化学成分是油酸、异油酸、反油酸、甘油单油酸酯和棕榈酸。
In order to study the chemical constituents of Moringa oleifera Lam. seed, the chemical constituents of Moringa oleifera Lam. seed made from alcohol and ethyl acetate were analyzed by using the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), and identified by their mass spectra. Their relative percentage was calculated from the GC peak areas. The extraction rate with ethanol of Moringa oleifera seed was 3.5667%, and the extraction rate with ethyl acetate was 16.433%.Forty-one compounds were identified from the two kinds of extracts. The major constituents identified from Moringa oleifera Lam. included oleic acid, cis-vaccenic acid,(E)-9-octadecenoic acid, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl-(Z)-9-octadecenoic-acid-ester, n-hexadecanoic acid.
