摘要
在文献调研的基础上,阐述了传统Qu ECh ERS前处理方法的基本步骤和特点,果蔬食品农残检测中Qu ECh ERS方法在取样、提取、净化及检测步骤的优化改进研究,对其发展趋势作一展望.
This paper describes the pretreatment methods of basic steps and characteristics for traditional Qu ECh ERS,as well as optimization improvement study for Qu ECh ERS method in the detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,including sampling,extraction,purification and optimize the detection step,and for a prospect of its development trend.
