我国高校教师发展中心研究文献计量分析 被引量:1

摘要 以我国学者对高校教师发展中心的已有研究作为对象,通过文献计量分析,对该领域发文总体情况、作者情况、期刊共被引情况及研究主题等进行分析,发现:(1)相关研究逐年增多且质量尚可。(2)研究者角色各异但缺乏合作。(3)对国外经验借鉴较多但较少关注一次文献。(4)研究层面重广度乏深度。 By using bibliometric analysis method of scientific knowledge mapping,this research tries to detect the current research of the center for faculty development in university. The results were as follow: first,the number of these papers is growing,and the quality of it is favorable; Second,the organizations of the authors are vary but there are little cooperation; Third,They learn from foreign country,but they pay little attention to the primary document; Forth,the scope of the study is large enough,but there is lack of profundity.
