Determination of Formaldehyde in Metered Dose Inhaler by HPLC

摘要 建立了柱前衍生化-高效液相色谱法测定吸入气雾剂中的甲醛。以2,4-二硝基苯肼为衍生化试剂,使用Welch Ultimate XB-C18色谱柱,乙腈∶水(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长355 nm。甲醛在0.1~20μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为12.5 ng/ml,最低定量限为50 ng/ml。回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.34%。 An HPLC method was established for the determination of formaldehyde in pressurized metered dose inhalers(p MDIs) by pre-column derivation using dinitrophenylhydrazone(DNPH). A Welch Ultimate XB-C_(18) column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile∶water(50∶50), at the detection wavelength of 355 nm. It was linear in the range of 0.1- 20μg/ml. The low limit of detection was 12.5 ng/ml, and the low limit of quantity was 50 ng/ml. The recovery of formaldehyde was 102.3%, with RSD of 1.34%.
